Accounting Solutions is an independant financial and accountancy company based in Groes-faen in South Wales.
Deciding that they needed a new logo developed for their business documents, they approached Web Dragon; it was important that the design incorporate a simple, appropriate image which made use of their existing colour scheme.
Making use of a stylised pen in blue and green, Accounting Solutions were presented with a selection of pale yellow business cards along with letterheads and invoices.
A well established commercial gas company felt it was time to change their name and update their image.
Projects undertaken on behalf of the newly re-established Acer Gas Limited included the creation of letterheads and invoices incorporating a newly designed logo. A professional website was also designed for Acer Gas and specially developed to allow for future incorporation of a database driven business customer login system.
Due to a new arrangment of personnel over multiple offices it was also necessary to implement a new e-mail distribution system, allowing employees to access their e-mail from multiple sites as well as logging employees' e-mail usage.
A University Ice Hockey team based in South Wales, the Cardiff Red Hawks wanted a basic website and forum to be designed and hosted, both of which were done for free. Now that the team is more established, one of the players is being taught CSS and AJAX in order to update and maintain the website.
A Cardiff based, high end audio and visual retail and installation companythat serves both the domestic and commercial market. Extensive work has been carried out and continues to be carried out for City Satellite.
A server based commercial network was designed and implemented a number of years ago and has been maintained by WebDragon since. The network allows for centralised storage and backup of important files, sharing of resources such as printers and scanners and providing both wired and wireless Internet throughout the building.
An extensive database system was developed in order to track customers and jobs for City Satellite team of engineers, monitor stock levels and help manage larger projects for organisations like Cardiff County Council and the Wales and West Housing Association.
A range of advertising material was also worked on with City Satellite, including a number of magazine advertisements and articles, several bus stop campaigns run throughout Cardiff and a variety of flyers distributed at different local events.
At the moment City Satellite are undergoing an extensive upgrade to their network in order to better take advantage of new technologies and integrate their computers with other systems - primarily a Crestron Control System to control lighting and heating throughout the building.
City Satellite's retail side has expanded drastically over the past few years; as such WebDragon are also extending the existing commercial jobs database to include retail functions for producing quotes and invoices. Plans are also in place to redesign CitySatellite's existing website from scratch in the near future.
